Loretta is a Certified Executive Coach, Associate Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation, Life and Energy Coach, Certified in Conscious Emotional Freedom Techniques™, Usui Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Facilitator, Certified Sound Practitioner, 200 Hr Sakalya Yoga Teacher ( Teaching: Himalayan Kundalini & Traditional Kriya Yoga) and Retreat Host on the beautiful Vancouver Island.
Before getting fully into the coaching and healing space, she worked as a Dental Hygienist for 14 years, but found herself feeling stuck, burnout, disconnect from herself and constantly wondering if there was more to life. In 2012, she took a leap of faith and made a major career change amidst raising 2 boys. As she began to awaken, she hired a coach to her move forward, not only in her career but also in her life. She found many healing and mindfulness practices that assisted her transformative process. She has learned the importance of being in alignment with our inner wisdom and living our truth. So in 2020, Loretta followed her heart to the magical Vancouver Island where she currently offers healing retreats and online services.
To Loretta, serving her clients is an honour and she commits fully in assisting them to see and express their ‘light’ to better their lives both personally and professionally. Over time, her clients become so deeply centered in who they are that their confidence soars and they find themselves living in ways better than imagined. She is so grateful that she gets to live her purpose serving others through this amazing work. You too can thrive doing what you love.
